a leisurable day in shek o

o i wish so much to have a middle break every week.

we went to shek o to enjoy the sun and swim today afternoon. a very relaxing day, and first time this year i swim! thought i didnt swim a lot, but it is better than sleeping at home and do no sport at all. really like the feeling of being in the sea. drifting body, motionless mind.

looking forward to another cruise or swimming activities.
