For those of you who want to know what I've been eating here, well, here they are:

2009.8.24 dinner - omelette with green beans, carrots, onions, mushrooms and tomato

2009.8.25 dinner - chinese cabbage with fried tofu puffs, pork balls and oyster mushrooms (served with rice)

2009.8.27 dinner - penne with green beans, zucchini, oyster mushrooms and calamari in tomato sauce

My sharemate and I basically cook everyday if either one of us is staying home and we would normally cook for 4 servings so that we could pack lunch for the next day. The dishes above were those cooked by me in this week.

glad that my sharemate likes to cook a lot, it's a lot healthier to eat at home. we both prefer a more veges less meat diet. and it's much cheaper of course!!
