After my 心... 不太軟 , I had another trial yesterday - 朱古力梳乎厘.
Once I gathered the ingredients in the kitchen, BB said, '又做試驗...?' I smiled and replied, 'yes... and you will be the tester :)'


The ingredients were pretty the same with 心太軟 but it seemed "lighter" with less fat. I did not get a chance to buy any cake/souffle cup. So, I used a rice bowl again.
After putting the souffle in the toaster for 4-5 mintues, it had already risen a lot! Oops... I noticed the top had been 'burnt' a bit. Aiya... it must be too hot inside the toaster but I could not control the temperature! I quickly placed a piece of foil paper to cover the top.
If the temperature was right (at 170 degree), it should be baked for 12-14 mins. However, since my toaster's temperature was high and I was afraid the souffle would be too dry, I took it out after 10 mintues.
I was excited when seeing that spongy and super big souffle. I exclaimed, 'BB, would you please take out the camera?'
After a minute, BB got the camera on hand and said, '... out of battery...' (that's why I could not put its look up here... :)
I could not wait tasting it... soft, warm and light. Very chocolate.
BB likes 心太軟 more. Honestly, I also like 心太軟 more but this souffle is a lot healthier!

Updates for my 寶貝計劃 : temperature has been steadily risen. Pill insertion was started yesterday and 2nd injection was taken earlier today. It all goes well. Thanks Lord!
