Friends in hk, weather is getting cold, be more careful..
Not sleeping well ....feeling bad this sat and worst on sunday morning
I miss fellowship and sunday worship for two consecutive weeks owing to health agian
.Fever pain vomit etc I didn't attend worship today I managed to do some readings on my own though I am feeble
Lord, give me the strength to stand firm in the faith, knowing that after I have suffered a little while, you will restore me, making me strong, firm, and steadfast (I Peter 5:9,10).

Though I need to take medication to keep my temp to normal , I already resume 80% of my daily schedule , work study...etc

I take a good rest during the holiday
not flu but get cold stomach trouble .....as the weather is getting cool
