time really runs so fast.. 1 more day to go... 2009 will be part of history la.. and then 2010 is coming la..

2009 is a remarkable year in my life.. i did something i have never done in my life.... travelled alone... went to scotland.... brace teeth... etc... so so so many things...

and the first event in 2010... will be the xiamen marathon 2010 la.. .i am not capable to enrol for full or half marathon.. so i simply enrol for 10k.. it is my maximum capacity la... all my friends know that i hate running very much.... really hate.. remember i needed to run 10k when i was in secondary school.. haha. i always pretended running for the whole course.. but of course.. normally i ran for 8 or 9 something.. haha. i really hate running ga..

after joining the running class in the gym.. i met some good friends ... and a good coach .. giving us so many hints and training to each of us.. so all of the members improve the skills and capacity a lot .... remembered the first day i joined the running class.... i could only finish 2 or 3k.. and pain all over the body after running.. haha.. now.. in fact 10k is my maximum la.... i wont care about the speed.. just want to finish the run.. and also want to enjoy the run..

wishing all my friends and families of them a happy , healthy 2010 la.. live happy.. work happy.... far away from trouble... and.. have happy  life!!!
