Carrot Puree (Day 156)~

Today I made some carrot puree for dik dik jai.  It's my first time making a puree.  Not sure if i did it correctly or not...   

First, wash & cut them into small cubes.  Then steamed for 15 mins.

Mashed the carrot using the strainer.

Look similar to the pic shown on the recipe, right? 

Finally, mixed with milk.  How come it didn't look as fine as i thought it would be?!  Was it fine enough for babies?  I tried it myself.  It's yummie.  The carrot was very sweet!  dik dik jai loves it a lot!!
