One more tips for those who had bunion and bunionette.
Use wet paper towel or alcohol pad, put under the bunion or bunionette within the pointe shoes, and walk around with the pointe. This makes the pointe shoes particularly soft at the soaked region, and so less painful.
For those prominent one, also wrap with padding and vasoline to prevent blisters.
As I got both....and also got blisters with new pointe shoes......><"

My "bunionette" pronounciation is not accurate. Please feel free to correct me. ^_^
