As a professional ballet dancer it's important to have proper treatment for any injuries you may sustain and also to maintain a healthy, working body. It's also important to have a physiotherapist who is familiar with you as a dancer and who has a knowledge of the day to day working regime. While with Hong Kong Ballet I had injuries literally from my head to my toes. Jenny would always be eager to understand how I got the injuries and also work with me to keep me dancing while maintaining existing injuries. She also works with Pilates which can strengthen weak areas and prevent injuries before they happen.

I have been seeing Jenny Chan in the passed 2 years when she was the Official Physiotherapist for Hong Kong Ballet. She helped me to get rid of my pain and injuries so I can dance comfortably. Neck problem was my main concern, but after treatment with Jenny, the range of my neck movement had gotten wider and easier. What's more important is that she helped me to understand more on ballet injuries and how we can try to prevent them from happening.
