唔講咁多,先請大家 (眼睛) 食吓嘢先。

 

下面個 杏仁洋梨朱古力撻 啲梨係我花園種出來架!

 

過幾日先詳細啲講我那棵梨樹吧!

 

 

Almond Flan with Chocolate and Pears

Ingredients:

 

A.      Pastry for the flan:

          100 g flour                               25 g ground almonds

          5 tbsp butter/margarine            3 tbsp water

B.      Filling:

         400 g pears, cored and quartered

         4 tbsp butter/margarine            4 tbsp fine sugar

         2 eggs, beaten                          100 g ground almonds

          2 tbsp cacao                            

C.      Chocolate sauce:

          4 tbsp sugar                            3 tbsp golden syrup

          90 ml water                            175 g chocolate

          2 tbsp butter

Method:

1. Prepare the flan pastry: Sieve flour with almond. Rub in butter with finger tips until like fine breadcrumbs.  Add water until it forms a soft dough. Wrap with plastic foil and put in the fridge for 10 mins.  Take it out and roll it out to line a greased 20 cm diameter flan tin. Prick some holes at the bottom, cover it with plastic foil again and put in fridge for 30 mins.

2. Prepare the filling: Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add eggs one by one, mix, then add almond and cacao. Mix well, Take out the flan base from the fridge, pour the mixtire into the base, arrange the pears on top.

3. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 30 mins. 

4.  Prepare the sauce: Heat up the water together with the sugar and syrup at low fire until the sugar is dissolved.  Remove from the heat, add chocolate and butter until dissolved, serve with the flan.

 

Note: tbsp: tablespoon

         mins: minutes
