「自由行」妙手回春，香港產科大夫終於由「金盆洗手」轉化至「金水洗手」了。私家醫院產科病床全線爆滿，大部份預留給「北嬰南調」的。同胞帶來的不祇是現實銀兩的祝福，還有間中夾雜著抵死的幽默呢。

北媽南下當中， 揀日子擇時辰分娩的也不少。家人情願給更高更高的 $ ，不管半夜三更，總要好意頭。那邊廂產科大夫也喜歡做剖腹分娩，日子時間可以控制，收費又比順產高。總之各方你情我願，皆大歡喜。

話說某媽咪在預定吉日早上提早穿水見紅作動陣痛。原本大家順其自然算了。殊不知上天作弄， BB就在黃金時段之前少少，要出來了！！

所有專業準則和程序就給逆轉過來。“盡量放鬆呀！不要用力呀！”，彷彿百忍真可成金。更可X的就是襟住 BB個頭。“仲有十幾秒！”

終於準時出生了。“恭喜呀！ 太太，個仔好趣緻呀 ！”

當然，錄像中的 BB，塊面好似包青天，又藍又黑。

上天有好生之德，經過一輪大喊，第一場人生評核試 (Apgar score) ，勉強合格了。

BB，BB，請原諒全世界，We are for your GOOD！

A baby who scores a 7 or above on the test at 1 minute after birth is generally considered in good health. However, a lower score doesn't necessarily mean that your baby is unhealthy or abnormal. But it may mean that your baby simply needs some special immediate care, such as suctioning of the airways or oxygen to help him or her breathe, after which your baby may improve.

At 5 minutes after birth, the Apgar score is recalculated, and if your baby's score hasn't improved to 7 or greater, or there are other concerns, the doctors and nurses may continue any necessary medical care and will closely monitor your baby.
