Some cancer causing chemicals were found in Potato Chips. This was revealed by mainland Authority. The chemical as an additve is used to strengthen the dough and make it rise. The chips are sold in some supermarkets in Hong Kong. Wellcome supermarket removed the stock from the rack. The importer P & G has no plan to recall its products.
Comments
Potato Chip is a popular and common snack. It is scary to hear that the snack we eat everyday contains harmful substance which may cause cancer. I may not eat that much potato chips and will pay attention to the ingredients of it. The government should inspect more regularly and have a tighter control on food safety.
