Changes of driving lanes

I noticed that nowadays when driving on the highway (not really "high"-way anyway), the far left lane is supposed to be for heavy weight and loaded vehicles to drive on and the far right lane is for vehicles taking over, but it is just different now. You would see all heavy trucks, lorries and even buses are drving on the far right lane becoming the slowest lane in the so-called highway and on the opposite, fast moving vehicles choose to drive on the far left lane... isn't that interesting?

You could only see this in Hong Kong...
