JULIE, A STAR

To everyone and anyone who will tolerate my excited gasps for the umpteeth time...

My Juliegirl is a STAR!!!

This was the photo exhibition launch of Ali Bullock's photos of HKDR dogs (taken in autumn last year) at Langham Place mall, which was a run-up to the opening of the locally produced film, "This Darling Life".

I guess Julie was featured because she was on the back cover...sweet!...when her photo on canvass goes on sale (for $499), I'll sure snap a couple up :)

Even better, Julie might be featuring on one of Bossini's limited edition tee-shirts!!  Watch out the Bossini stores in early May!! 

Anyhow, the movie is made by filmaker Angie Chen, and figures stories of real people and their love of dogs.  Sally Andersen, the founder of HKDR, is one of those featured...and rightly so, I think, because she wholly encompasses the HKDR philosophy, and is a living example of compassion and beauty.  In my mind, I've always thought of her as my hero, and certainly DDG (drop dead gorgeous) if not LTL (larger than life).

So friends all, please do drop by different UA Cinema locations at Times Square, City Plaza and Langham Place to support Julie and the HKDR, before the exhibition ends on 23 May.  The HKDR Tribute Books and the canvas mounted photos will be on sale during then...and all proceeds from the products mentioned goes straight to HKDR.  Super woofer!!
