15號本是我租房的最后一天，本來就打算早一天搬。其實從2號開始我已經沒有回那鬼地方了。東西在慢慢的搬。這禮拜工作忙，我都沒回去搬東西；直至今天打算回去把所有東西搬走，門竟然換鎖了！！！ agent 打給他，不理會。
15號最後一天，今天14號好不好。你凴什麽換鎖？？？ 新加坡屋主超級無良，堅持不退還抵押金給我還想趕我（虧了半個月屋租），我還是租客好不好！！！我退一步，你就逼近一步。我受夠了！我已經報了警備了案，放馬過來！！！！ 我不是淑女，我不詛咒你我不跟我爸姓！
10月我說我立刻搬（沒住滿一個月）要求退換抵押金，他說不。OK，我說那我就用我的抵押金，我住滿11月就搬，他也說不行。然後agent 說不如住至15號，半個月抵押金不拿。OK， 我忍，半個月當掉街上了。但是今晚，死八婆我覺得我沒有必要忍你了！我不出聲不是因爲你對，我只是想好來好去，我讓你的不講道理是因爲你老。但是做人不要得寸進尺，爲什麽要欺負人，要逼我到墻角？
我就同你慢慢玩！

SG is more protective to the owner (local) then the tenant. There is really no way (like the police mentioned, they can't do anything!) we can voice out when this things happen. Because there isn't any section to protect the tenant. The officer told me, they can only take action the moment she throw my things out of the premises. You know, she off her phone after the officer contacted her. I thought I can get the police to talk it over, but it certainly no help.
I'm glad I have my sister with me. Can't imagine if I were alone.

i lodged a police report and they told this is between owner and tenant they can't do anything. a more senior officer said that i can try to get a locksmith to do the job but police cant be my witness and there is posibility she can report to police i break into her house. i get so frustrated when the police advise me to wait till tomorrow. they said there nothing they can do!!! and there isn't any law / sector i can sue her.
for the deposit she forfeited, the only way is i have to go to the small claim court. this is pretty rediculas and it happens very often in singapore (if you read the local news).
