雖然今年要STAY係一個人口只有七萬幾人既小鎮,但都覺得生活好充實。好似我讀個BAKING COURSE、CHEESE MAKING之外,我都會去D中學報讀夜校課程。今個學期我就報讀個「意大利COOKING CLASS」。導師係本地人,GRANDPARENTS個代已經從意大利移民本地。依個導師好鬼PUNK!一個光頭既按摩師!佢最鍾意就係煮野食!前排仲去左意大利數月尋根!
佢第一堂示範做PESTO,非常簡單,送麵包一流!依個星期係第二堂,我地一組4個人,一人做一個菜。我就當然先選甜品 AMARETTI (ALMOND BISCUITS),其實係意式MACAROONS,但係唔需要起邊。組員完成後就一齊食!都好開心呀!
ANTIPASTO前菜︰Crostini Ricotta e Gorgonzola (Ricotta and Gorgonzola Crostini)
SECONDO PIATTO二盤︰Scaloppine alla Palermitana (Veal Schnitzel)
CONTORNO (SIDE DISH)拌菜︰Peperoni al Forno (Baked Peppers)
DOLCE甜品︰Amaretti (Almond Biscuits)
最正係個小牛牛肉VEAL!依個方法我未試過!所以我特別同大家分享下!



Ingredients:
4 slices veal schnitzel
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
salt
freshly ground black pepper
50g parmesan cheese, grated to a powder
1-2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 lemons, quartered (optional)

我都羡慕你煮野又叻、影相又靚!我都要下午都要返工呀,只係好運返工返學都同一個地方,但日日都要早上五點幾起身嘛,要一定既PERSISTENCE!!!我無ABSENT過呀!
