前兩日去supermarket, 見個brisee 特價, 就買了一塊. 返到屋企打開個雪櫃睇下可以整咩好, 有塊smoked salmon, 好啦就整個 salmon quiche 吧!
上網查查食譜, 就做了這個. 賣相不及小白羊的那麼好, 但是味道還不差啊!![]()

見唔見到有西蘭花呀? 其實個食譜本身無西蘭花的, 係我淨淨雞放埋落個quiche度, 咁guido一定要食菜啦!![]()

Ingredients:
Steps:
1. Dice the onion and cook it in a pan.
2. Roll out the pastry and line it in a tart mold.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs along with the cream and fresh cream cheese with salt and pepper.
4. Add the onion into the bowl and stir.
5. Cut the smoked salmon into small piece and lie them on (2).
6. Pour the mixtures from the bowl into the tart mold.
7. Bake it in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins.

I like Quiche and 'm a Salmon lover too !! the colour is nice!
I also ate Salmon Quiche in a christmas party on fri, it was made by my french Classmate!
