After school snack today - Home made coconut bun.

I made the dough in the afternoon and it had raised perfectly when we came home after school.

Pop them into the oven for 15 minutes.

Fresh yummy coconut bun and a cup of goat's milk to refresh the afternoon!

The dough before it rise.

We had saved some for daddy and he loves it! I am really happy with my results too!!
