My Daily Journal for my report (2nd week)

The first working day after 3-day holiday

Today, I just kept doing the routine duties. As NCFS had some new insurance policies for their clients, mails will be sent to those target clients. So, I have done the spreadsheets for them to organize the data of clients found from the Yellow Pages. As I have done the spreadsheets, I designed the leaflet which will be attached in the mail by using Microsoft Office Publisher. I have never used this software but it was user-friendly. So, I could finish my work in a short time.

The 6th day in NCFS

In our office, we have a lot of booklets and brochures. When our clients want to buy a new policy, we will give a booklet or brochure to them as a reference. Today, I help organize the details of the booklets of different insurance companies. I had to make a list to record different types of insurance and as well as their code number. Then, my colleagues could check whether we have the most updated booklets of insurance in the office.

My second Wednesday & Thursday in NCFS

Apart from those daily duties, I just kept recording the details of booklets and scanning the cover page of them in these two days. Also, my colleagues said their office in Ballina (a small town near to Lismore) was closed. So, the materials in that office will store in our office. We have two boxes of new envelopes. So, I just put the stickers with our office’s address on those envelopes. Look forward to having a good time in NCFS.
