Families preserve the flavors with the most precious memories .

I prefer the table filled with chattings(the children tell their parents about the interesting things happened in their class or something irrates them though sometimes the complains are nuisance ,the parents and the grandparents talk about the trivialities with the concern about the world arond them -that`s the whole meaning of a warm family ) to the table with silence and everybody just "eating",not communicating to each other.

In that way, I believe the time which family members spend on the dinner table will make a precious memory even a tradition with the milk of human kindness.So the flavor will take them back to the time when they spent their happy time together,when they have the dish which  the paticular member is good at they will remind them spontaneously.

I just read an article which suggest every family should have a handed-down recipes preseve the flavors with the most precious memories.I can`t agree it more,when the festivals come, we always have reunition with our relatives,and at that time, my aunts and my mom are always busy with cooking delicious meal in the kitchen,and I could heard their communications about how to cook this dish how to cook that dish,and I think those cook contained a tradition about a family both material and spirit,and different family has different traditions and memories,but all warm and precious.

So the handed-down recipes which is exclusive to a family is significant.It could remind  us of the members we treasure and the happy time we spent together.

Next time,I decided to record the dish that my mom and my aunts are good at and save them. And also, I will learn how to cook them, then the fabulous cook could last forever as a legend of our family.
