It's such a wonderful Easter holiday with beautiful weather! Walked by the wet market this morning and bought lots of fresh summer fruits, like pineapple, Thai mango, and strawberries.
Enjoy the strawberries with the best balsamic vinegar that you can find. Yumm.....

I dipped w/ balsamic last night, it brought out the sweetness of the berries. At the same time, the vinegar reminds me of steamed crab.
