I've learnt to make an apple crumble, mushroon soup, pumpkin soup, a chicken hamburger, bread and butter pudding, a roast chicken, hash brown, mashed potatoes, lasagne... Ho Dai! By the way, there were often just 3 or 4 students in a class... Chiu Dai!! I've been looking everywhere, hoping to find another English cooking class, but in vain. Do wish that 工聯會 could open more classes in the future.
