Torturing my own black cat on halloween?

I just read on the Yahoo news that there is a charity organisation in the US banning the adoption of black cats in their rescue centre until 2nd November for fear of ppl getting them for some strange rituals. 

Ok, so I don't need to get a new one, got one at home:

see, I do have a heart, I bandaged him afterwards. mwahahahaha!

Just kidding.

He had a swollen lump at the place where he had his huge injection 8 days ago for his upset tummy.  The swelling has subsided but now it is flaky as it heals up.  After I put some medication on it to speed up the healing process, the little fella keeps licking it.  I don't think medication is a good feline snack, so have to cover it up.

Tried to put him back in the little blue baby shirt that I bought him 2 years ago when he had skin allergy:

That pic is from 2 years ago.  When I put the shirt on him tonight, it was too tight around his shoulders and he had to walk a bit funny.  And it did not help with the self-esteem or dignity of a catsome kitty when you have my sister pointing and laughing at him when he was wearing that shirt.

so, he ends up with the bandages.

But I think he still looks super duper cute in the bandages. Did I say that I love the little fella?
