今天的午餐 (sorry 賣相差咗d)... 漢堡包, 薯條, 蕃茄小吃 (扮bruschetta但香草下得太少了...) d薯條係焗, 唔係炸架...(不過燶咗d)

好耐冇玩煮飯仔嘅我, 最近又玩番. 白汁磨菇火腿意粉: Laksa... 買百勝厨的Laksa 醬做的... (點解d麵望落咁似即食麵嘅??) 好辣呀... (後面係一磚絹豆腐, 加d木魚碎.) 蕃茄磨菇肉碎意...

天氣和暖, 整d雪糕食吓先...一隻蛋黃, 加牛奶攪勻...再加埋d綠茶dessert mix, 攪拌2分鐘...擺入冰箱, 3個鐘就食得!至於用剩o既蛋白同牛奶... no problem變咗蛋白燉奶, 一d都唔嘥!

今次學的是白菌芥末汁煎牛仔肉...很有趣!煮白菌汁...煎好的牛仔肉:還有試食導師的製成品 (還有煙肉薯仔!)雖然的我不大吃牛肉,還是跟家人一起把牛仔肉吃光了.  但剩下一些白菌汁... 怎麼...

有次在中環某餐廳嚐過美味的蘑菇湯, 自己又想學吓, 於是從網上找來食譜．．．D份量只是胡來, 因此味道只是麻麻地（放了太多牛油）．．．原來金寶湯真係好扺飲，不過飲完會口渴．．．意粉賣相...

My sister sent me this blender as a gift... so i am busy searching for blender recipes.... 

I substitued coconut powder with coconut milk.But baked cheesecake should taste better...
