I hosted the launch of the "The Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2010", and I'm in love with the Bibendum (aka Michelin man)! Don't you just want to squeeze him and hug him, I wanted to take him home with me! Yes, I've got the guide, I'm gonna try every single restaurant myself and do my own little evaluation.
