親愛的朋友和選民，

歡迎你們來到我的網路日誌！說實話，我並不精通這些網絡的新鮮玩意，全靠我的家人和朋友，我才能擁有自己的網路日誌。

希望通過上載我的工作報告和宣傳單張到這網路日誌，可以減少浪費紙張及避免砍伐過多樹木，也可以令大家更方便地了解我之前四年的工作和往後四年的計劃。

在過去四年中，作爲一個區議員，我盡我所能，並與你們並肩努力，致力保護我們社區的優美環境，令其不會因過分發展而遭受破壞，同時也盡量改善我們的居住環境。這是一段十分難忘而有意義的經歷。

Dear Friends and Voters,

Welcome to my blog.  Not being a techie myself, I owe it to my family and friends for helping me to get my blog up and running. I am hoping that, by uploading my work reports and my election pamphlets to my blog, we can chop fewer trees and allow more of you to have easy access to information about the work I have done for the district in the last four years and what I propose to do in the next four years.   

I have served you as your district councillor diligently and worked with some of you in the last four years with a view to protecting our beautiful area from being the victim of uncontrolled developments and,where possible, to make it a better place for us to live in.  It was a rewarding experience for me.

With the support of my family and many of you, I am seeking re-election as your district councillor.  Please stay in Hong Kong and vote for me on 18 November as your vote is crucial.  As always, if there is any issue which you would wish to raise with me, please do not hesitate to contact me at 25444432 or marklin@marklin.com.hk.
