由年初二下午起肚屙, 到今早六時又屙多一次.......實在令我深切體會到腸胃健康對柏友的重要性(藥由小腸吸收)! 肚屙之際, 作了一首打油詩; 名為
"柏友自嘆"
柏友肚屙真陰功，
撞o岩冇藥向前沖，
未到厠所就爆煲，
呢云真係鍋呵呵!
祝願各位柏友； 腸胃健康，永不肚屙!
