哈。。剛剛也決定帶爸爸媽媽去曼谷幾天呢。。。

 

不過人不在港﹐都是難book啦。。會叫媽媽去辦~~~

thailand is lovely~~~ it may save u some money if you book through travel agents in HK.... those packages may still be a lot more expensive~~

我都係去 thai honeymoon, 一月中去, 不過我去華欣住resort + bkk shopping ~~

there r plenty of choices in bangkok. i wl also opt for a boutique hotel instead of the big international names. siam's good. there are just so many choices.
for phuket, it really depends on what u r looking for. if u look for privacy, go for private enclosed resorts. i'd stayed at all those in the laguna area, e.g. banyan, dusit, sheraton etc. banyan's the best but the beach's really soso. le meridien or JW Marriot r 'newer' with nice but smaller beach. u got shuttle service to the 'outside' but u may be 'locked up' in the resort. if u lik to hv more mobility, anywhere near patong's the most accessible with plenty of night life, restaurants & pubs.  i recommend u to talk to a travel agent who can talk u through.

I've been to the Banyan tree at Phuket - personally I don't have any negative feedback!

I love the Banyan Tree in both Bangkok and Phuket, i've just been there this year; what negative feedback?? Peninsula in Bangkok is quite good too, I like the spa; it was new when I was there last summer! Fourseason in Bangkok is good too...Peninsula is slightly outside of town comparing to fourseasons, although still comfortably reachable by train/car...I love that peninsula is along the riverside
