由於莫拉菲關係,今晚的生日飯 + 餘興節目被迫postpone ![]()
所以今日又可以開檀整餅喇![]()

之前見到Crystal 整呢個蛋糕有少少問題,所以嘗試看看是否食譜的魚膠份量有問題![]()
實驗結果: 食譜份量沒有問題![]()
咁究竟那裡出錯![]()
等我下次問完 Alfred 話妳知呀![]()

餅面既cream 就真係整得麻麻![]()

因為家裡沒有玫瑰香精,所以祇加了小許櫻桃酒![]()
呢個蛋糕又係好好食呀

經過4次家中實驗,終於忍唔住比$ 學~果然經過呀Sir 教完,明白當中的奧妙之處!出來的成品好靚呀~~~我喜歡食Raspberr......
