      Went to try the famous Belgium 'Shake Shake 青口' (mussels x wine x fish soup shaked in a pot)


                                    

      fresh basket of bread                               free appeitizer - fried mussel in 檸檬蛋黃汁 
       

                                                      

      1000g pot- size bigger than average 青口 n very juicy. because they have been shaken in the pot. each mussel has absorbed the wine sauce


                                                        

      mussel serve with french fries                   番茄配灰蝦- 勁鮮味, 同普通蝦味道完全不同, yummy

       



      fresh cod in yellow sauce - pan fried in butter, very清淡, 原汁原味
