今日突然想整d新野,可能係自己都食到自己整既野悶晒![]()
朝早睇Live with Regis and Kelly,有個名chef介紹整braised pork shoulder,好似好好味咁,加上個汁係甜甜地,所以都有d興趣試下整
但我好衰既,由開始煮野,都已經唔鐘意跟recipe
好怕要特燈去買d平時唔會用到既材料,淨係煮一餐,好似好舐咁
所以大部份時間都係屋企有咩就用咩,無就唔落囉![]()

最後煮到同電視睇既完全唔同,你都咪話我唔叻![]()

首先,人地個recipe係用pork shoulder,我唔想用,就買左舊pork loin side rib,真係第一次買里部份既,有四條排骨,夠晒食

人地用o卑酒同cherries整個main sauce,我兩樣都無,唔落![]()
我用左garlice, chicken and all spice黎醃舊肉
人地個recipe用1 tbsp tomato paste,咁大罐用1 tbsp咪好舐?我為求有d tomato feel, 落左French tomato dressing,少少雞湯(我驚放入焗爐咁耐會乾水),3 tbsp brown sugar(我鐘意d汁甜甜地既),2塊 bay leaves,1個洋蔥,1個蕃薯同兩個薯仔。
開焗爐375C(人地個recipe係用pork shoulder, 過熟d都唔怕"un", 但我個舊係pork loin,過熟唔得掂
)
人地個recipe要焗兩個幾鐘,我就用375C焗左20分鐘,反一反,再焗多15分鐘就轉慢火(250C)焗多30分鐘
無根無據咁焗,都係買大細咁架咋![]()

拎出黎個時rest一陣,切開個時都有少少pink,不過裡面就o岩o岩好,我都好少河唔煮到過熟呀![]()

d汁好好味,不過如果杰少少就會好d
我試煮新菜都係靠撞既,有時得有時唔得,今次叫做得,實熟少河
可惜我下次再想整番一模一樣既,就難d啦![]()

甜品係Dairy Queen既Skor ice cream pizza![]()

Your pork loin looks really good! I prefer this than pork shoulder!
