今個Thanksgiving無食到火雞,早幾日係Food Basics見到有smoked turkey drumstick(煙火雞脾)賣,買左隻

咁樣睇好似唔係好大隻咁

比起個細既相機袋就知都幾大隻,我起左d肉整三文治
早排見blog友山蕃熊貓屋整左碗仔翅,我未整過,但睇個食譜好似好易咁
好啦,就跟菊姐既食譜整

係要用馬蹄粉既,但我無,用左生粉算
我未用過馬蹄粉,會唔會落左好甜既呢?![]()
第一次整,都算ok。好笑既係,老公問係咩湯,我點解釋比個土生仔聽呀,佢連咩係碗仔翅都唔知,就咁話類似sharks fin soup既物體![]()

The smoked turkey leg must be from a baby turkey!
I usually use the bone from the smoked turkey leg to prepare congee, and it is delicious!
