返了三個幾月工，阿姐同老細一起和我做了review 。他先叫我說說認為自己在過去這幾個月的表現如何。當然我亦都好中肯地說說自己有那些好和不好的地方。到我一輪發言，阿老細同阿姐先後回應，老細好有禮貌地去回答我可以用那些方法改善我的問題，很婉轉說我的問題，同時他們亦希望我在工作上可以有所改善，公司的配合也有賴下屬的意見等等。此外，人工也有調整。其實我係開心，因為以往任職的公司，一到三個月的時候，老細是不會用個多小時同你去傾，只是很簡單比一封信給你就算，你可以過probation。雖然是短短的個多小時，但作為員工的有被受理會的感覺。所以，我對這間公司仍然有期望，他們有heart，因為氣氛，自己都會投入工作中。
至於工作方面，做這一行都好新鮮，產品很有趣，當然還在學習階段。由於這種產品有關於潮流，所以對衣著及顏色也開始多了留意，這也是一個好藉口比我去轉型我的衣著。
同事的相處都不錯，年紀相近話題ok，而且公司細細人事簡單，感覺不錯，這是跟以前很不同。雖然這樣，但工作量就超多。希望一路做落去可以保持到心態 ( 可以醫好往時的老毛病) 25/11。

Congratulations!!! Its highly appreciated that you enjoy your job even serious in dressing (color matching...) Keep On!
I also jealous u la... as I told you before, your boss is really has heart to you, at least he can remember your probation date, arrange probation review meeting with ur manager...
