      終於體會到何謂"我在此"了.

      努力多時,

      就在一剎那間出現.

      我不在這,

      不在那,

      不在過去,

      不在未來,

      我只是在此,

      根本無處可去.

      哪有其他地方呢?

      只有此時此刻 - 這就是真相.

        境界的事好難言明. 我想"活在當下"較易明, 不過這四字己用濫哂, 唔用好過用.
