近半年來，病人在旺角等候的時間越來越長，一小時、兩小時，我心裏真是過意不去。
我診証完畢，回家後已感到十分疲累，近幾個月已很少上blog，希望各網友能體諒，我遲來的回覆。
我正想辦法疏導診証人流，想這種情況會在一段時間後可以改善。目前希望不欲久候的人往灣仔看診。
最近同事告訴我有中醫師在網上假扮病人詆毀我的醫術，但是由於我的病人沒有減少反而增加，因而沒有察覺。
《大醫精誠》裏面，醫德不單指對病人，也指醫師與醫師之間的尊重。我在想如果所有中醫師都專心診証事務及進修，中醫業就能加速進步。

I booked the time in Wanchai and waited more than 1.5hr and the nurse told me that I still had to wait for another 6 patients. I was upset & left without seeing you last time. I think it was something wrong with the booking system. Should discuss with the management.

Sorry for your upset experience and the inconvenience caused. Doctors can see the waiting list of patients and the time of when nurses put your name onto the waiting list on the computer of the consultation room. I knew that the no. of patients was not that high (waiting 1.5hr and then another 6 patients) in Wanchai in the past few weeks. I guess (just guess) that nurses forgot to put your name onto the list upon your arrival. Please PM your Chinese name and the date of your booking to better follow up this problem. Hope it would be an exceptional case and won't happen frequently. Again apologize for the unhappy experience and hope your health problem will recover very soon. Thanks for your suggestion.

意想不到Lui 醫師離開了現在的醫務所，我也捨不得那些友善的姑娘，特別是鍾姑娘，不過希望醫師能有更好的發展，專心地照顧病人。

只能預約，不預的話要等的人太痛苦，尤其是正病的人。能預約的便預約，然後，預約之間準備15-20分鐘給當天掛號的。

如果現在病人看你要等2小時, 已是有口皆碑的地步了, 別人說什麼, 自是不用介懷!

你好!! 在偶然的情況下到了你的blog頁, 好像是上天安排, 使我這焦慮的妻子找到一線希望. 我丈夫讀大學時便開始有頭痛/耳鳴/眼花等問題, 西醫診斷他患上偏頭痛, 這情況過去每年會出現數次, 每次吃止頭痛藥後可減輕病情, 但去年秋季起, 頭痛/頭輕輕/耳鳴/眼花問題頻密出現, 春天起丈夫病發時我發現他雙頰通紅, 額頭右側有青筋突起(後期前額生出暗瘡, 這是以前沒有的), 後來雙眼更佈滿紅筋/血絲, (在我認識丈夫時早發覺他雙手指甲偏藍紫色). 我起初懷疑丈夫可能血壓高(他的收縮壓讀數常徘徊在130-139, 舒張壓讀數即徘徊在74-84之間)或心臟或肝出毛病, 經多番懇求/催促後丈夫答允看家庭醫生, 醫生替我丈夫驗血, 做心電圖, 腦部+腹腔+腎臟做了掃瞄, 沒發現他體內器官有任何問題, 我丈夫後來被轉介給血液科醫生, 最後被診斷患上 polycythemia vera (中文好像譯作紅血球增生症或多血症或), 醫生解釋由於骨髄製造過多紅血球, 造成hemoglobin(中文血紅素)過多(我丈夫的讀數是23.8, 正常應是12.5-17)及 hematocrit(中文紅血球壓積量)過高(我丈夫的讀數是72, 正常應是36-50), 令血液太濃, 流動緩慢, 容易出現血凝塊令血管閉塞引致中風. 我最初看呂醫師的blog是因為自己的乳房長了一個大約5cm的腫瘤，成為你的病人。現在吃藥兩個半月後，已經縮小了至2cm。給你看病，老實說，真的等個多兩個小時才能診症，一直奇怪的是其他醫師病人並不多，不過，他們的專長跟呂醫師也是不同的吧！
我的男友也是讀中醫的，但身處外地，不能為我診病，每次我見完呂醫師，都會說給他聽我目前的狀況和醫師的見解，他說呂醫師的確是好醫師，一定要聽話吃藥，所以呂醫師不要因為別人的說話影響自己呀！

銅鑼彎名中醫的做法也不錯，如果你電話掛號，去到只用等六個病人，那不過是半個鐘至45分鐘。臨時掛號的通常都在預約的之後。
