食譜:
配料: 先浸冬菇,蝦米切絲,調味
熱水1杯 慢慢加入粘米粉80克 搓成粉糰 , 一路逐小搓昶小條狀,一路搓一路放入滾水中煮至浮起, 過冷河備用.
先爆配料加2杯水,再加雞粉1湯匙煲6分鐘落胡椒粉,麻油熄火,食得
好香呀~~~~
