Issue J87 Toyama (富山)

For a conference, I went to Toyama last week. A city famous for being near the Mount Tate (立山), it is located in the middle of the north coast of Japan.

The people here are proud of Mount Tate.

Castle, but not a real one.

Some part of the mountain range is known as the most dangerous to climb in Japan. There is a movie about this recently, and you can check it up if interested.
