After the city centre, we went to the beach, called Furaduoro near Ovar.
The beach is at the end of this street. The shops on the street are still having sale. When we came back from the beach, Ines shopped a nice jacket and a pair of slippers.
This house on the street has a lot of interesting statues and decoration. It is like a museum.
The balcony of the same house. The owner decorates the house very nice and special.
Some fish statues on the promenade.
We went to a cafe to have coffee. As usual, I had my beloved Galao. We also ordered a cake and this snack (the yellow broad beans on the plate). I am not sure what beans they are, but I guess they are 蠶豆. Chinese also have this as snack, but process in a different way. We dry them but Portuguese boil them and add salt on them.
After the coffee, it's time to see the sunset. The sun was touching the Atlantic. What's a romantic moment.
The yellow beans you mention are called " tremoços " in Portuguese and i think in English they are known as white lupin. I don't really like it that much because it's a bit salty to me, usually people have them with beers....lol, you can understand easily why...By the way, i've got your MSN message of yesterday, and count on me for the CNY celebration and please thank your friend for me
