64 days to go until my first actuarial exam...but I am sooooo behind in my studies, I have lots of time to study on weekends yet the weekends is when people will come see our house, and I am the kind where I have to study for a few hours straight, not stop every hour and then start my engine again...anyway we got an offer, the buyer was here with an engineer to check the house, and I really want to tell the buyer's wife "F**k you", she was like "oh the floor is not flat" and she even asked my dad "can you change the boiler for us? what if it will not work next year?" really what the....does she realize that the Earth is not flat anyway? how she expect any house's floor to be perfectly flat? and why should we change the boiler, which costs like $4000USD, for her when it is working very fine now, who cares if it will not work in the next year or next 5 years? I really want to say just don't buy our house we are selling to another person...pissed me off so bad I cannot study now >=(
