      Very apt description of Plantagenet Riesling from Victoria Moore.

      Over-production of Aussie wines, an opinion echoed by Robert Joseph on Decanter, is getting serious as described by Tim Atkins MW.

      Champagne Martel NV at 13 English Pounds, as quoted by Susy Atkins, was sort of outrageous. But I would love to see Champagne price going down.....

      Looks like sourcing out side the classic areas and more Pinot Meunier will be the direction. As always, the quality issues of RM, MN and MA described by Janis Robinson MW were getting intense. I thought consumers need to know what good Champagnes are.

      Jamie Goode has the guts to pair Viognier with soup!!
