和九龍城舊址差不多，除了CAS的大樓外，還有消防處的一座訓練大樓。

去年辦得頗成功，今年也不錯，連深圳的朋友也吸引了過來。

攤位方面，各個山野活動的團體都竭力介紹其組織。

在開幕禮和表演之後，早上有不同的山野安全講座，下午在大禮堂有香港的山嶺搜救發展，和英國的民間搜救機構介紹。

1430 漁農自然護理處的安全設施發展 ...... 現時所有遠足徑，每五百米設有一個標誌，是否太多呢？當然，在加速搜救方面，是有一定幫助的。

1445 警務處就1996年八仙嶺大火的檢討而改善的搜索及拯救行動。認識了他們內部的"NIN Country Parks Signature Index Database" 新界北總區郊野公園索引資料庫。

1500 消防處在八仙嶺事件後救援行動的軟硬件的發展。他們也由民安隊的協助下，2000年開始發展了攀山拯救的服務。見他們配置了小型爬山搜救車，GPS, 夜視鏡，熱能探測器等設施。透過跨部門的演練，不斷改進。

1510 政府飛行服務隊介紹過去十年搜救設施的發展：

Fleet since 2002 AS332 L2 and EC155 B1。New equipment: Night Sun, Max 6 stretchers, EMS Kit, FLIR - Forward Looking Infrared, AEC, Paraguard stretcher, Titan Basket Stretcher, Rescue Basket, Child Bag, Bucket 2360 kg, Fire Tank 2650 kg + foam.

Aim of operation prodecure for mountain rescue:

1. Provide immediate response to the people in need
2. Trooping if MRU and Firemen  for search
3. Provide pre-hospital medical treatment on scene
4. Transfer survivors seriusly injured

Civilian Volunteer Teams

Number of Land SaR Teams Available: RAF MRS 4, MR-EW 55, MRC of S 27, BCRC 16, ALSAR 14, SARDA and Lowland Search Dogs available in all areas

Response Times: SaR Helicopters - 115 min in daylight, 45 mins after dark,  RAF MRS - 1 hr to leave on weekdays, 5 hours while on exercises, Civilian MRTs variable depending on location of the order of 45 mins.
