Finally got the keys on Friday and had a chance to look closely inside the house. Overall the condition is fairly good and there isn't any major problem. But we decided to paint all the walls before moving in. We both taking this whole week off so that we can have week of "painting vacation" lol.
We got the paint today, 7 buckets of paint and 2 buckets of undercoat. The ground floor and the wall outside of the kitchen are in deep purple, that'll require couple layer of undercoat to cover the strong color. Probably need another bucket or two. Good thing that I had some painting experience from the old days ^^.
