大尾魷 BB V 字手

This is probably a baby Bigfin Reef Squid (Sepioteuthis lessoniana 大尾魷).
There were some big and small individuals in the shallow water Lung Mei Beach.(龍尾灘)
When being disturbed by light, some showed a quite interesting behavior, stretching its longest arms in a V-shaped position and a head down to 45 degree posture.
A study showed that even a 60 days old baby S. lessoniana would demonstrate such posture when disturbed(Upward V curl of the arms), but there was no conclusion about the reason of this behaviour.
