指 未 跌 破 去 年 8.17 V 形 底 ， 但 港 交 所 已 跌 破 那 個 低 位 之 下 矣 ！ 慘 被 政 府 引 導 而 購 入 港 交 所 的 蟹 民 ， 現 時 啞 子 吃 黃 連 。 最 悲 哀 還 是 以 累 積 期 權 合 約 接 港 交 所 的 富 戶 ， 近 日 更 被 大 銀 行 控 告 ， 世 民 恐 怕 他 們 十 成 人 都 想 死 ！ 是 麼 ？
美 元 在 短 短 個 半 月 內 ， 兌 一 眾 主 要 貨 幣 飆 升 逾 10% ， 為 01 年 開 始 其 下 瀉 浪 以 來 首 次 。 連 強 者 之 首 的 歐 元 亦 不 能 倖 免 ， 受 累 於 俄 羅 斯 對 鄰 國 動 亂 政 局 ， 與 歐 元 掛 
的 東 歐 貨 幣 ， 亦 跌 個 四 腳 朝 天 。 歐 洲 央 行 收 緊 回 購 協 議 機 制 的 抵 押 債 券 則 定 ， 令 歐 洲 的 銀 行 跟 央 行 借 貸 更 加 困 難 ， 資 金 緊 絀 情 況 較 諸 花 旗 國 彼 岸 還 要 嚴 峻 。 歐 洲 的 通 脹 率 本 已 較 花 旗 國 高 ， 德 國 的 鋼 鐵 工 會 要 求 加 薪 8% ， 令 形 勢 越 加 惡 化 。 歐 元 區 內 多 個 會 員 國 ， 於 本 季 再 呈 現 負 增 長 的 機 會 呼 之 欲 出 。 令 歐 元 下 跌 的 原 因 還 多 的 是 ， 但 世 民 想 轉 換 話 題 。

丁sir, 星期五收市前ao, 匯控跌其他股mark 高應該和盈富要根據恆指比重調整有關, 計數盈富係匯控要沽約3球, 其他成份股接近全部都要買貨 (最後匯控ao 做左7球幾, 但只推低幾毫咁少, 我覺得唔知港交所定盈富咪係有叫d 基金幫手接貨, 免得又攪到收市價亂哂龍)

Thanks a lot for your information. Anyway, I don't like the new AO system. Furthermore, Tracker Fund shouldn't be doing this kind of weighting adjustment purely using the AO!! They are crazy, all crazy!!
The AO turnover in many blue chips were larger than Tracker Fund should be. Therefore, many people were taking a hitchhike!!
Well, if bottom must only happen on 17th or 18th, people will get rich easily. Timing is always the most difficult part in investment. Thanks... Simon

usdx is now 79.44. yesterday's new high was 79.844, today's day high is so far 79.667 only.
only Euro today's low 1.4047 is lower than yesterday's low 1.4054.
some currencies managed to have higher low than that of last week, e.g. Nzd & Cad & Aud & Xau. usdx may be running out of steam.
just reloaded gbp at 1.76, sitting on the same boat.

Dear Ting Sir,
Are you too optimistic of GBP or I am too pessimistic? If EUR doesn't rise, then EUR will eventually lead GBP down. That's what I thought. I think GBP will break 1.7420 in one or 2 days. Even rebound, it is just a good time to let investor to set a good entry point to short. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thank you.

Well, it seems that my previous thought written in AppleDaily is more appropriate than the thought today!!!
Nonetheless, the price structure and actions in the last 18 hours haven't changed my mind and view yet... You can see there is one currency following another seeing new low (marginal new low) but some currencies maintaining quite well. This is a market bottom formation pattern (like HSI last week)!!! Don't buy USD here... My advice...

I really dont think GBP can keep RSI(14) under 15 for a long time..... I am only scare just like the history of 1991-1993, but the situation is not the same.... I really dont want to cut loss for GBP, RSI(14)=12.4728. I dont believe it will go to RSI(14) = 5!!!. And EUR/GBP drop 3 days already. So I really have confidence to buy GBP!!!

Yeah, I agreed with you... This zigzag and irregular wave structure is the end of USD top at this round, though sitting in between is kind of "sea-sick"... I haven't changed my view written in AppleDaily!!

Hello, I'm still long the bad GBP... Not thinking to cut it now, since the price action of GBP is not too bad when compare to EUR, JPY & CHF. I still reckon the USD will fall within the next 2 weeks.

Then all we have to do is to wait and see whether HSI can stand at this point or not. If all the clues sustain, the rebound would be a juicy one, wouldn't it?

Well, the Auction Price action on last Friday has indeed given us some clues that the BIG funds were buying and not selling. HSI net O.I. didn't increase at all too!!!
If HSI futures can sustain at a higher level than today (not lower), than the Island Reversal pattern is confirmed!!! Next target at least 22,500...

Since USD is stronger than market expectation after U.S. gov't takeover FRE & FNM... May be you can wait for the second level, i.e. 1.7510... Since 1.7420 is so, so, so, so, so critical to GBP!!!

Well, if GBP closed below 1.7640 tonite in New York. We should cut loss for intraday trade. But in order to confirm my wave count is wrong, a closing below 1.7420 is needed. Or EUR closed below 1.4125...

Well, U.S. Treasury prices plunged a lot this morning in Asia!! USD will face a short-term correction downfall in September. So gold becomes short-term attractive amid Indian seasonal and festival demand, but you can see silver remains very weak, like myself...
So pick this rally to sell silver... Not sure the resistance now, you will know that by the next 48 hours! Good luck!
