We were so luckly to have an easy day today. We finished 40 min earlier than it was supposed. God! It was so satisfactory that we made the puff pastry ourselves and make the palmiers. Usuaully, a lot of restaurants or cafes make palmiers when they have got some puff pastry left over. It'd be a heaven to have them with whipped cream and jam.
I made scones before but this bunch is quite special. There is not cheese and we didn't make them with the rubbing-in method. Instead, we melted butter and mix it with lemonade and cream.
It's also comforting to make the cookies with the star nozzle which makes wonderful swirling pattern!!! The taste is good too.
