檸檬海綿蛋糕

中秋將至，同事本來高度期望我做冰皮月餅，但升上小四的拜芙，每個星期要溫習的時間増加不少，加上每個星期要到超市掃貨﹑家務繁重，有時累到躺在沙發也會睡著，莫說是冰皮月餅，就算是晚餐也沒有心情弄點新菜式來。

今晚見早點完成了晚餐，又看見了一個簡易的食譜，便做了這個「檸檬海綿蛋糕」，Home made is the best! 幾時都係自己煮好食又健康﹗yummy ^_^
