I enjoy photography but I still haven't thought about getting a DSLR...the reasons are it is too heavy to carry around and also, I am lazy to read instructions to use it. Moreover, I don't have space to house the camera and the lens....So, I am still stuck with my Nikon Coolpix....the photo here also taken with my existing DC.

I am still using Nikon Coolpix 8700. It can take all kinds of photos, like Wide Angle, Portait, Tele, and Macro. Only one weakness .... that is the ISO too low, only 400.
If I go into a church with it. all I have to do is turning it off.
You can think of a prosumer camera, or a DSLR camera with smaller body and a zoom lens including the wide, tele and even the macro.

Thanks Hiker, I hope to find sometime and learn about photography when I'm less busy. Perhaps had to get a better camera too.
