3 Legged Cat Needs Immediate Help!! updated 9/11

From the care-giver: I have been feeding stray cats in the area where I live when this 3 legged cat caught my attention. I thought all was well until I saw him chased by stray dogs a few times, and he had to limp back under the cars for safety. 

I've seen people trying to scare him off, and deliberately knocking over the food I left for him, just to make his life more miserable.

I've seen him bullied by other cats and had to wait for his turn to eat.

His left hind leg is deformed & I'm not sure if this was a birth defect or if it was caused by an accident. His leg doesn't seem to be in pain but this gentle cat is definitely in danger if he continues to live on the streets. He is extremely friendly once he gets to know you. Please help get him off of the streets!
