今日阿女有兩個同學仔上嚟玩 , 其中一個上次試過我啲餃子話好味道,
咁乖,梗係整啲俾佢地嘆啦~~
注意~左手邊企喺到嗰三隻係我個仔包嘅~
材料: 餃子皮半斤, 韮菜半斤, 攪碎豬肉約10元(韮菜同豬肉可增加或減少~)
做法:
1. 韮菜洗淨後切碎,加少許鹽拌勻,等半小時~
2. 豬肉加豉油,粟粉,胡椒粉, 薑汁(或薑碎) 醃一小時~
3. 韮菜搾乾水份,加入豬肉碎攪匀,便成饀料~
4. 用餃子皮包好後,放在平底鑊內用細火煎熟便可~(煎時要加水稍焗~)
等我今個weekend又試下先
