正當律師醫生所謂的專業人士向特首抱怨，新婚買樓沒有着落，同一時間，地產商大老闆對天價豪宅平平淡淡形容：「我個仔確曾考慮過，要一層，用來瞓下、住下、玩下。現在他未必買，因為要賣畀人客。」
天價四億的單位，公子哥兒只係想用個單位來玩下瞓下，這不是風涼話，但聽在那些搵特首幫手買市中心新樓的專業人士，心裏是什麼滋味？還有一批批由議員出頭，向政府施壓的什麼邊緣中產，月薪最多才只得二萬三，叫他們怎麼玩得起瞓得低？就算是一個冷氣機房，「邊產」窮一世精力打足兩世工，也未必買得起。專業人士錯向特首撒嬌，要買個干德道豪宅來瞓下，他們應該向父母問罪，怎麼人家姓李，你又係姓李，人家公子隨隨便便可以買個豪宅來玩下，不必問價，中意就扑槌。點解自己阿爸阿媽做不到？「所有積蓄不是用來供你念書嗎？」老竇教仔肯定搬出這一套。但你睇人家姓李的，做生意數口幾精，大富人家養仔，因為識走位，識得樓層只有 40但開雙賣得出 88樓，這麼醒，養仔肯定唔使四百萬。就算用了四百萬，保證拐個彎就賺凸回來。
豪宅「食字」將近四十層樓踢走，玩跳字遊戲的大富翁天價坐擁的那間 88/Ｆ意頭屋，實際上是 40/F。峰迴路轉，荒謬斷層的結局是，難逃忌諱的４字。迷信是要付出天價的，玩下瞓下就要四億？你咪幻想自己是小甜甜啦。

Exactly. HK is a small place but it has poor and rich. But this situation is getting very sick, the society is sick and there is more unfairness.
U know, some flats are only for mainlanders, what is that? Hell.

Though there's public housing, the "middle class" people are not even eligible for public housing, right?

I think it's really meaningless to identify the meaning of middle class. 20K middle class? 50K/month middle class?
I dont remember the policy of public housing but I think it's only available for people with very low income. Like a family earns less than 12K a month? I'm not sure.
As far as I know, if you're fresh graduate from schoo, independent, makes 10K a month, yhou're not eligible for applying for the public housing because your income exceeds. Guess if you make 4-5K a month, you're eligible. But come on, who can live with that $$$?
And the social welfare? Forget it. How much does it give? Less than 2K to one family member for everything. But this govt was still complaining about how much those people're getting from the tax payers. No words, but I feel HK society is just abnormal.
