因為前陣子好忙,又無得好好休息,終於病到倒了,咳了個多星期,聲都無埋,好慘,晚晚瞓晤到,人都謝了!
最慘係病都要努力溫習,因為前些日子同媽媽們去了玩,遲了開始讀書。
今個學期係讀Healthy Ageing,係一門新的讀程,我覺得好啱用,所以一於報讀!原來課程講到,除了靠食物外,科學家也不停找尋長生的方法!佢地發覺,因為醫學發達,到了2100年,人平勻可活到292!

好驚呀!咁長命,做乜?
最慘係長生,但晤係不老!咁仲大件事,身體無事就話啫,就算無事,無力四圍去,事事要靠人都死啦。多咗嘅時間可以做乜?日日上網?重要係搵邊個養?除非好似Surrogate那套戲啦,可用假身去做所有事,連。。。都可以!
這個唸法對於我,一點也不動心!我只希望係有生之年,可健康生活,快快樂樂!長命而晤快樂,咁又點呢??
但若你想長命百歲,那你可以看看以下的方法:
- eat a nutritious and low calorie diet (perhaps with supplements)
- exercise regularly
- drink red wine in moderation
- do not smoke
- have an optimistic attitude
- have a life partner and a wide social support network
- continue lifelong education
- avoid stress, and most importantly
- choose long lived parents
對於最後那個係咪有啲玩嘢呢?唔係講笑的,你有幾長命,真係有點點遺傳的!
